So, you have successfully signed up to my.bitchange.online. but are not able to use all the advantages of our platform? There is only one step left! For this purpose you need to get verified on our site. It will not take you more than 15 minutes.
1.PREPARATION
PLEASE REMEMBER! To prepare all the documents at once before you start the process of verification, as the time given for uploading your data is limited.
Document confirming your identity. We can accept ID card, travel passport or national passport as long as it has MRZ-code on it (Machine-readable zone as shown below).
When taking photo or uploading it your need to make sure that:
• you show your ID card at the time of identification, not the other document
• the id card front fits into frames, and it can be clearly seen in the photo
• the finger does not cover the document
• the taken photo is not blurry and all the particulars are readable.
3. Your Proof of Residency. It can be any official document with your name, last name and address. Remember that the document must not be older than 3 months unless there is an expiration date printed on it. Here are some of the documents that can be suitable:
Credit card statement;
Utility bills: water, electricity, etc.
Landline phone bill.
Tax return, council tax bill;
Government-issued certificate of residency.

PLEASE NOTE! At the moment the following languages are acceptable: English, Russian, Estonian. (If your document is not in one of the aforementioned languages, you must translate the documents into one of them and notarize the translation of both translated documents).
If you do not have an ID that contains MRZ, you can still pass verification by hitting the button “upload documents without MRZ”.
There you are to upload:
your recent selfie
scan copy of your ID
proof of residence.
Please note that aforesaid copies of ID and proof of residence must be certified by notary or attorney at law.
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION:
You need to fill in the lines with your first name, last name and middle name(optional) in one of the acceptable languages. You also have to indicate your gender, date of birth and your phone number in international format.
3. IDENTIFICATION
Here you need to select the type of ID document your are going to upload, choose the issuing country.
On the right you will have to fill in your ID number and indicate the date of issuing and expiry of your ID document.
4. ADDRESS
There is also nothing difficult here. You just need to select the country you live in, choose your city and type in your address. Don’t forget to write your Zip code. That’s almost all. Choose your document issuing country, agree to the terms and conditions and you may go on to the final step:
5. UPLOAD
At this stage you just need to upload all the documents we told about before remembering the rules of how to upload or take pictures of the documents and yourself.
Once you have done all the steps, you may relax and wait for the letter of confirmation in your e-mail.
Please, NOTE! After getting verified, you’ll get a letter telling about some additional documents you should send to our e-mail (compliance@bitchange.online). This is your source of wealth (the funds that you're looking forward to using in my.bitchange.online) and the documents that can prove it. They will allow you to use the SEPA bank transfer and card deposit options, in case you need them.
